IEMA - Illinois Emergency Management Agency

IMERT - Illinois Medical Emergency Response Team
Responds to and assist with emergency medical treatment at mass casualty incidents, including, but not limited to, chemical, biological, and radiological incidents, when a need is identified. The team will respond when activated by the Director of Public health or designee in collaboration with the Illinois Emergency Management Agency.
CDC - Centers For Disease Control and Prevention

IDPH - IL Dept. of Public Health
Promotes the health of the people of Illinois through the prevention and control disease and injury.
